All applications must be submitted, approved and paid before Oct 1, 2023 to be included in the virtual exhibit hall. All booth assets must be submitted by Oct 5, 2023. Booth space is limited, so reserve your space now!

Sponsorship Cancellation Policy

 

Sponsors canceling will forfeit 50% of their booth fee. All cancellations must be emailed to stephanie@apawexpo.org. To be official, a confirmation of the cancellation from APAW Expo must be received by the exhibitor. If confirmation is not received, please call Stephanie Neimiller at 678-429-7151.
