Exhibit Space Selection:

 

You will receive an email with your booth location confirmation by September 15, 2023 if your deposit has been paid.

​

Cancellation or Reduction of Exhibit Space:

 

Requests for cancellation must be sent via email to: exhibitor@animalprotectionexpo.com

Cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

By August 15, 2023: 50% refund of total agreement fees if deposit has been paid.  

After September 1, 2023: No refund.

Exhibit Space Payments:

 

A 50% deposit of the Total exhibit fees is due upon signing of the Exhibitor Agreement.  Final booth payment is due September 15, 2023.

Registration:

Onsite registration between 6:30 am - 4:30 pm is available if conference is not sold out

Cost varies per Profession/Public/Student.

Hotel:

 

Hotel rates are offered for attendees. 

​

Parking:

 

Parking is available at a discounted rate of $7 per car per day  (see map for location of appointed parking deck).  

 

Valet parking at the Hotel at Avalon at the main hotel entrance for $15 per day.

​

Wifi:

 

Wifi is available in the hotel and conference areas.

​

Food:

 

Included are two beverage breaks both days of the conference - a morning and afternoon break. 

 

Breakfast and Lunch are NOT included in the Sponsorship, Exhibitor or Attendee Registration fees. 

 

Numerous lunch options are available:  Walk to over 25 restaurants within the Avalon complex.

Continuing Education Credits:

 

• 23 CLE Hours for Attorneys. (Including 4 Ethics hours and 4 Trial hours)Georgia Bar rules require each attorney wishing to receive CLE credit must pay $4.00 per course that you attend. This fee is passed on directly to the GA Bar and is separate from our registration fee. Confirmations and payment will be collected onsite and submitted to the GA Bar.
   

• LEAP for legal education veterinarians, requested (Vets/Vet Techs) 
   

• 17 POST Hours for Law Enforcement Officers  
  IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR POST CREDIT -  You must sign in at the registration table each morning and provide your okey number.  (POST no longer charges per course)
   

• 10 NACA Hours (National Animal Control Association) All conference courses are approved for NACA CEUs as consistent with the CEU policy.”(Conference In-Person10 CEUs per year with Proof of attendance/Certificate of Completion)
   

• Certificate of Course Completion (All attendees will receive onsite)
